Orion Scott Kroulek has been actively engaged in archaeological studies and cultural resource management since 2004. After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.S. in Anthropology and minor in History, he attained a M.A. degree from New Mexico State University in Anthropology, with an Archaeology concentration and graduate level training in GIS data management and analysis. He has worked as a consultant for a diverse array of federal agencies including the Department of Defense, USDA Forest Service, Federal Communications Commission, National Park Service, and the Bureau of Land Management.
Max Schneider has been actively engaged in cultural resources consulting since 2001. He attended the University of Tennessee where he obtained a B.S. in Anthropology and a B.S. in Geology with an Environmental Science concentration. His training also includes a 2 year TVA Forestry Certification. Max specializes in database maintenance and spatial analysis of collected archaeological field data through Geographic Information Systems software. Other areas of specialization include graphics generation, archaeotechnology, lithic analysis, and edible/medicinal/utilitarian plant identification.
James Morgan has been volunteering and working in Archaeology and Cultural Resource Management since 2015.
Mr. Morgan received his B.S. in Anthropology in 2017 and has been conducting compliance field work in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee since 2017. In 2018, he became an FAA Commercially-Licensed small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) Remote Pilot and has been conducting research on high-resolution drone mapping of archaeological sites and cultural resources. Other areas of interest include experimental archaeology involving blacksmithing, flintknapping, and brewing.
